The Rockville Centre Police Department "Top Cop" Award is decided exclusively by a volunteer group of Rockville Centre PBA members, and supervised by Lt. Glenn Quinn. These members volunteer their time to conduct investigations of all service awards for the prior year, and make the final determination of who receives this prestigious award, regardless of rank, seniority, or outside influence.
